TERMS of SERVICE!📜 RULES:
1. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give clear credit to me.2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. The listed price is the base price; additional fees may apply.3. I retain full rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed. Use of my artwork in AI training, generation, or datasets is strictly prohibited. Violation of this may result in further action.4. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.5. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, wallpapers, etc, but may not be used for profit.6. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.7. Please provide visual references. If sufficient references are not provided, your request may be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

💵 PRICING:
$15.45 AUD is my base price. (Additional fees may apply.)I only accept payment through Ko-Fi: If you try to pressure me to go off-platform, you will be refused service.

📝 PROCESS:1. Upon starting, I will (at request) send an image of the sketch (with watermark) for your review to approve or make minor or major revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.After approval of the sketch, only minor revisions may be requested.2. Upon approval of the sketch, I will begin colouring (if selected) as well as adding shading (if selected).🕒 Estimated turnaround time: 2–4 days depending on complexity and availability.3. Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered via Discord without a watermark.

💵 REFUNDS:
- If you're unsatisfied with, what I call, the "locking sketch" it's your choice whether you have me minorly or majorly alter it, or you're given a 100% refund.- Refunds after sketch approval are generally not available unless I decide otherwise.NOTE: Any attempt to reverse or dispute a completed payment (chargeback) will result in blacklisting from future commissions.
